Q. What cleaning products do Oven Busters use?

A. Oven Busters use low-odour, Water-Based Bio-Degradable products. They produce excellent cleaning results and have

     been manufactured very much with the environment in mind.

Q. How long does it take to clean an oven?

A. This depends on the make and to a great extent on the condition of the oven. A single oven usually takes 1 to 1.5 hours

     and a double of 2 to 2.5 hours. For a range or an AGA, we usually allow 2.5 to 4 hours.

     Rest assured we always allow time between appointments, ensure we bring your oven up to as near

     showroom condition as possible.

Q. Do you charge to clean the racks & grill pans?

A. No - Our fixed prices mean that all parts that come with your oven are cleaned for a set price.

Q. Can you clean self-clean ovens?

A. Yes - We use a gentle cleaning process on the "stay clean liners". Most self-clean ovens rarely get heated to the

     the required temperature for the self-cleaning process to produce an optimum result.

Q. Are you insured?

A. Yes - Oven Busters has full public liability insurance.

Q. After cleaning my oven, how long do I have to wait before I can reuse it?

A. You can use it straight away, as we only use water-based cleaning products.

Q. Do you clean door glasses?

A. Yes - We clean all of the doors, including the glass, inside and out, so that you have a perfect view of what you're cooking. All at NO extra cost.

Q. Do you clean stainless steel?

A. Yes -  We clean stainless steel with cleaners specially formulated for a perfect finish.

Q. Do you have tips for keeping my oven clean?

A. After using your oven, wipe all spillages using warm soapy water and a wet cloth. As for trays, soak them in warm

    soapy water soon after use and for the racks soak in very hot soapy water.

Q. Do you recommend the use of shop-bought cleaners?

A. These types of products tend to have caustic ingredients. So take great care when using them.   

     Always follow the instructions carefully. If used incorrectly, they may damage paintwork, glass, & aluminium parts

     of your cooker/oven. Also, they can leave strong smells or even strong fumes. Please use it with care.

Q. Do you replace bulbs?

A. Yes we can supply and fit most types of bulbs and even door seals and extractor filters.

Q. Do you charge according to how dirty the oven is?

A. No, we have standard prices which cover all of the different sizes and styles of ovens.

Q. What sort of payment do you accept?

A. We accept Cash, BACS.
